Trainee Lawyer
Tasks we count on you for:
As a Trainee Lawyer, you will play a critical role in supporting our partners, senior attorneys and contributing to our clients' success. You will be involved in a variety of challenging and rewarding tasks, including but not limited to:
• Assisting in the drafting and negotiation of loan agreements, security documents, and other finance-related contracts.
• Conducting legal research and analysis on banking and finance regulations and industry practices.
• Supporting due diligence processes for financing transactions.
• Staying updated on changes in banking and finance laws and regulations.
You're our candidate, if you have:
• A law degree.
• 0,5-1 years of experience as an intern.
• Strong understanding of banking and finance regulations and market practices.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
