Professional experience

Katalin Losonci is a senior lawyer of our real estate and employment groups since more than 15 years. She is specialized on all aspects of legal advice related to real estate & employment transactions in Hungary, in particular in providing comprehensive support for acquisition, development, leasing and daily housekeeping of all sorts of real estate (office, retail/shopping centres, hotels). She has extensive experience in M&A projects, management of complex transactions, joint ventures, general corporate counselling, commercial contracts.

As an employment lawyer, Katalin is specialized in management contracts, restructurings, redundancy programs and employment litigation.

She is fluent in English and German languages. She has spent a study year at Harvard University Extension School, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
