Integrator acquires Manpower’s HR business in Hungary

Lakatos, Köves & Partners ('LKT') advised Integrator d.o.o., a Serbian regional HR company regarding the acquisition of Manpower’s HR and workforce business in Hungary from Manpower Group. With this transaction, Integrator may become one of the major HR consulting and recruiting firms in the region.

The LKT team was led by Iván Sólyom, Partner and included György Tóth, Senior Lawyer and Soma Schóber and Anna Handlery, Junior Lawyers.
