The new arrival will bolster the existing LKT offering in the dispute resolution area.
LKT Head of Dispute Resolution, Balázs Fazakas said:
“We are very pleased to welcome Viktor to our team. We are uniquely positioned to advise on problematic issues and represent our clients in domestic and cross-border litigation, international arbitration and investigations. We have successfully represented our clients before the main Hungarian and European courts, including the Constitutional Court of Hungary, the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. We have considerable experience before international arbitration courts, such as the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). Viktor’s arrival significantly enhances our offering and capabilities in this area.”
Viktor Jéger said "I am delighted and honoured to be joining LKT as a senior dispute resolution lawyer, which firm has been a thought-leader on dispute resolution law matters for the past 35 years, and which includes so many great colleagues who are industry-leading experts focused on delivering the highest quality legal services to their clients.”
The firm has been expanding over the last years and the new hiring marks again a step up. LKT’s Dispute Resolution team now includes three partners, four senior lawyers and several junior colleagues.
