LKT’s Real Estate team, headed by partner Attila Ungár, advised Atrium Properties, a leading owner and manager of shopping centres in the CEE region, on its sale of EuroCenter Óbuda Shopping Center in Budapest to leading Hungarian real estate developer Wing Zrt. EuroCenter Óbuda opened its gates in 2000 and offers a retail area of 23,000 sqm.
As part of the retail portfolio deal, Wing also acquired the Family Center Shopping Center and the Praktiker Department Store in Szombathely, for an undisclosed sum. The Hungarian Competition Authority approved the transaction in January.
