LKT being awarded for the Waberer’s IPO matter in the „Deal of the year (Hungary)” category by CEE Legal Matters

June 6 - a night of celebration for Lakatos, Köves & Partners (“LKT”) being awarded for the „Deal of the year (Hungary)” at the CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year Awards Banquet in Prague with the Waberer’s IPO matter. Waberer’s International Nyrt. (Waberer’s ) is one of Europe’s largest haulage and logistics companies and as a result of this public listing (biggest in the recent decades), Waberer’s became the sixth largest company on the Budapest Stock Exchange.

LKT Managing Partner Péter Lakatos commented: “It is an honour to receive this wonderful award in this very competitive field.
