LKT wins two "Deal of the Year" awards at the CEE Deals of the Year Awards Banquet

We are delighted to share that two of LKT’s 2023 deals, namely 4iG and Corvinus's Acquisition of Vodafone Hungary (“Deal of the Year in Hungary”) and Diófa Fund Management's Acquisition of Gordius Private Equity from Indotek Investments (“Deal of the Year in Serbia”) received the trophy at the Deal of the Year Awards Banquet organized by CEE Legal Matters in Warsaw last week.

The black-tie Deal of the Year Awards Banquet, which ran in parallel with the CEE General Counsel Summit, recognized and celebrated the largest and most important deals in Central and Eastern Europe in 2023.

The LKT team on both deals was led by Iván Sólyom Partner, Head of Corporate and M&A and included John Fenemore, Pál Rahóty, György Tóth, Nóra Szigeti, Nóra Kertai, Anna Handlery lawyers.

Our congratulations also go to our colleagues from Slaughter and May acting as lead counsel in the Vodafone deal and BDK Advokati (Serbia), advising regarding Serbian law in the Diófa Acquisition.
