Lakatos, Köves & Partners („LKT”) advised Europe’s leading transportation mogul, WABERER’s INTERNATIONAL Nyrt. („Waberer’s”) again throughout the buyout of its minority partner, Mr. Szemerey, 40% shareholder of WSZL, with the aim of structural simplification and effective regional expansion. WSZL accounts for most of Waberer’s regional contracts logistic segment, which generated EBITDA of more than EUR 17 million last year, about 21% of the group total.
LKT provided Hungarian law advice in relation to the first IPO of Waberer’s previously.
