Tamás Erőss is a lawyer in the firm's Banking & Finance and Capital Markets Group.
Tamás has more than 20 years of experience in complex project finance transactions as well as real estate, M&A and private equity deals. He has been involved in a number of significant syndicated and bilateral financings across various sectors and has acted as legal advisor in connection with the development, acquisition and leasing of commercial, retail and residential real estate. He also has big experience in drafting syndicate agreements and related agreements for joint venture and private equity investments. In addition to his transaction structuring, management and legal advisory roles, he has worked for 6 years in large internationally based commercial banks as an in-house senior lawyer.
Tamás obtained his law degree at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Lóránd Tudományegyetem, in 2004. Besides his native Hungarian, he speaks and works in English fluently.
